Use this handy form to tell former colleagues what you’re up to these days – or anything else.

Just fill out your name, e-mail and the little bio section at the end, along with as much contact information as you’d like. Please also tell us if and how you’d like us to use your e-mail address.

Send the form along, and we’ll post your news with all the other alumni thumbnail bios. (Need to edit your bio? Just drop us an e-mail and we’ll be glad to make the changes.)
